Return conditions To Be a WoMoon

In order to accept your return, you must meet the following conditions:

Your request must be made within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products ordered (or, if the order was sent in several deliveries, this period will count from receipt of the last product)
The item is in its original condition and has not been washed (for clothes, they must not have any traces, whether it is makeup, deodorant stains, traces of sweat, etc ...)
The article has never been worn - except for the first fitting - and still contains its original label.

If you are in doubt about your item and it is not possible to make an exchange or return - for example, if you have exceeded the time limit - please contact us first.

Please note that To Be a WoMoon reserves the right to refuse a return on an item that does not meet the conditions listed above and cannot ensure a refund of postage costs.

We thank you for your understanding during the refusal of these articles, because we will not be able to put them back on sale.

Delivery costs and times

Please note that the times indicated correspond to the duration of the delivery received by our post office or carrier.

Swiss:

Post office - 2 working days - CHF 7.00 up to 2kg

Europe:

The post office - 4 to 12 working days - CHF 18.00 up to 1kg and from CHF 24.00 up to 2kg

To the rest of the world:

We let you get in touch with us and we will try to find you the cheapest possible shipping method.

Simply return the item to us by post at the following address with your delivery slip slipped inside and according to the return policy within 14 days of your exchange request:

Upon receipt of the package, either:

We will exchange it for you (subject to stock and according to your request) and we will contact you by email.
We will refund it (minus any return costs, if any) and you will receive an email notification. The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the return package. The transaction will be carried out by the same means of payment as that used during the initial transaction.
We can also edit a credit note on your customer account at your request and a personal code will be sent by e-mail.
