The GTCS are concluded between To Be A WoMoon and, on the other hand, any natural person not acting as a trader, but as a consumer, wishing to make a purchase via the Site, for non-professional use to govern the contractual relationship. .
Orders from professionals or similar persons are therefore excluded, and cannot be served, in particular when the order exceeds the normal needs of a consumer or is part of an abnormal flow of orders to the same billing address or Delivery.

The prices
Any order placed by a consumer to To Be a WoMoon implies acceptance of the selling prices of the items displayed on the Site at the time you place an order. They are displayed on the Site, before the Order, in the Order summary and in the Order confirmation email.

Order confirmation

Order cancellation

Account deletion

The unsubscription is effective immediately. It results in the automatic deletion of the consumer's account.

Payment terms
The full price of the items is payable (in CHF) when ordering, when the consumer accesses the payment page for the order.

Consumers can access their bill at any time on their account
The seller retains full and entire ownership of the products that are the subject of the order until full and complete collection of the price of said order, delivery costs included.
Delivery
Deliveries can take place in Switzerland / Liechtensein and outside Switzerland.

Right of withdrawal

Products must be returned under the following conditions :
They must be returned to the following postal address: To Be a WoMoon, c / o BDS Agencements Sàrl, Ch. Des Cruz 3, 1180 Rolle, Switzerland. At the latest within 14 calendar days on the communication of withdrawal from the consumer.
They must be returned to the seller, preferably in their original packaging and complete (in particular with accessories, instructions, product label), must not be washed or worn (except for the first fitting). They must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice. The consumer is responsible in the event of deterioration of the articles during their return to the seller (in particular the presence of traces of makeup, deodorant, sweat, cooking or perfume odor, stains).
The consumer will be refunded sums paid for his order, less return costs, if any, which remain the responsibility of the consumer. It will take place as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the effective recovery of the items. by the seller.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer and the seller expressly agree in writing in a different way. It cannot be held responsible for the delay in the execution of sales contracts which are external to it: for example, bad weather, natural disasters, fires and floods, lightning, attacks, bugs in telecommunications networks. , postal services which are on strike, viruses which endanger consumer safety.
The seller will not be held responsible for the delay in delivery if it is caused by the consumer, such as for example the delivery address provided is inaccurate or incomplete. If a new delivery should be carried out, the additional costs will be charged to the consumer.
In addition, if the consumer does not collect his parcel delivered to the post office, the seller will not be held responsible.
